We are one body, (the body of Christ) with many members. Our statement of faith describes who we are and what we believe.

The Statement of Faith/Believes

This Assembly shall accept the Holy Scripture as the revealed will and plan of God, the all known and sufficient rule of faith and practice, for the purpose of maintaining general unity; It shall adopt the statement of fundamental doctrine, namely,

The Holy Scripture – The Bible consisting of sixty-six books, it is the verbally inspired word of God, and is inerrant in the original writing, a revelation from God to men, the infallible rule of faith and conduct and is superior to conscience and reason, but not contrary to reason (Heb 4:12; II Peter 1:20-21 II Tim. 3:15-17)

Only One Truth God- The one Truth and living God has Revealed himself as the eternally self-existent, self Revealed, “I am,” and has further revealed himself as embodying the principles of Relationship and association and Holy Ghost(Deut. 6:4; Is. 43;10-11, Matt. 28:19, Mark 12:29, Matt 3:16-17; John 14: 16-17).

Salvation of Man: There is one name given under heaven whereby man shall be save and it’s by grace and not our works John 3:16-17 Act 4;12, Eph 2: 8-9.

Baptism in Water: Signifying burial with Christ shall be observed as commended in the scripture by all who have received and repented and declare that Jesus Christ is Lord and saving of their lives.

Holy Spirit: is the third person of the Trinity. The Holy Spirit releases power into the life of the believer by baptizing the believer into Jesus Christ and enabling the believer to exercise ruler-ship and dominion in the earth (John 16:13, Act 1: 4-8)

The Lord’s Super: The Lord Supper consisting of the bread and the fruit of the wine is a memorial of Christ suffering and death, and a prophecy of his second coming and is entrusted on all believers “until he comes.” (Luke 22:17-20 I Cor. 10:16-17) I Cor. 11:23-32)

Divine Healing: Deliverance from sickness is provided for in the atonement and is the privilege of all believers by our Lord Jesus Christ (Isa. 53:4, Matt. 8; 16 Mark 16:18-20 James 5:14-16)

Assurance of Hope: The second coming of Jesus Christ, the resurrection of those who have fallen asleep in Christ and their transformation with those who are alive and remain unto the Lord’s coming is imminent and is the assurance of hope of the church. (Rom. 8:23 I Cor. 15:51-52; I Thess. 16-18; Tit. 2:13)

The Lake of Fire: The Devil and his falling Angels, The Beast, and the False Prophet

The New Heaven and The New Earth: We, according to his promise, look for a new heaven and a new earth, wherein dwelleth righteousness (II Peter 3:13 Rev. 21:1)
